17.0 pigeon toe

I stumbled across Pigeon Toe while on Pinterest the other day and absolutely fell in love.  They're a small Portland based ceramics studio that make beautifully minimalist pieces.  As their website aptly puts it, "objects with a story."

I really recommend checking out their online shop.

16.0 wantful

I may be way behind in this one, but if you haven't I highly recommend checking out this site:

It's a wonderfuland of beautiful objects I definitely don't need but still want so so so bad.

Goodbye productivity.  Hello empty wallet.

Let's start with this gorgeous box of chocolates.

13.0 resolutions

In the spirit of New Year's Nick and I decided it would be appropriate to share our resolutions.

1.0 Go to the damn gym.  Like actually go--not just say, "We should really go to the gym." and then take a nap instead.

2.0 Minimalize.  This one is mine.  We have way too much crap.  It makes everything look cluttered and me irritable.

We'll see how long we can keep this up.

12.0 poster lust

Today I wanted to share DKNG Studios' The Black Keys gig poster in the (oh so feeble) hope that someone on this earth knows where I can get one!

The poster is beautifully detailed and dense and let's face it--would look incredible above Nick and my mantle.  Unfortunately it sold out a few months ago and my Ebay and Amazon searches have turned up little result.  Take a look!

(And maybe a little pity on me...)

11.0 a day off

Due to inclement weather, an early flight tomorrow morning, and a slow week at work I find myself at home today.  Now what does that mean?  Food porn, of course!

Today we have the Ikea Hembakat är Bäst (Homemade is best) baking book.  This coffee table book published by Ikea in 2010 contains 30 classic Swedish recipes presenting in a graphically beautiful and rather unique fashion.
